To order a form 10-K report from a company, you need to be a shareholder of that company; for example, if you invested TDOC, you are a shareholder of TDOC.
If you are a shareholder, you will receive a letter from that company saying “Your Vote Counts” at the top right. The envelope will also be squarish, not rectangular like a normal envelope.
To order, go to www.ProxyVote.com. Near the bottom, there is a set of numbers. Enter those numbers. Press enter.
Once you are finished doing that, there will be something that says “You invested in us, now we’d like to return the favor!”. Close the x part on the top right of that.
You will find that you are in the “Meeting Agenda” section part. Go to the “Learn Before You Vote” part.
Below the two boxes, click “Request Printed Materials for this Meeting”.
Check the box that says “Deliver printed documents for all meetings associated with your account
(you can change this later in Delivery Settings if you need to)”.
Then click “Send Printed Documents”.
In a few days, the form 10-K should arrive. There! You can now get to know the company’s reports!
